Once you sign up for a Flickr account, to choose some favorite pictures, type a word or phrase that you are searching for in the search bar. Once you get to the page that begins displaying the photos, notice that you are looking at Everyone's Uploads. Since you want to choose copyright free images, click on advanced search, to the right of the blue search bar. Once you get to the advanced search page, scroll down until you see Creative Commons. Check the box that indicates you will only search in Creative Commons (a copyright free image source). Now click Search. You will now be at a place that has images that you can choose as favorites. Notice that under the blue search bar is a place where you can choose small, medium, or large image sizes. I suggest medium or large (small will most likely be too distorted when posted). Notice that once you choose an image, there is a star for favorites in the top left hand corner. Click the star. You may be prompted to sign in using your Google account and password. SIgn in and the image will automatically be added to your favorites so you can access it at any time.

1. Highlight your flickr favorites. link.
2. Go to the wiki and the flickr favorite page.
3. Click edit.
4. Put your cursor in the space for your favs and type in My (name) favs.
5. Highlight that text (My (name) favs).
6. Open the link icon at the top.
7. Click on external link.
8. Paste your link there.
